Plexr non-surgical blepharoplasty – What is it?
Bright, refreshed eyes without surgery, incisions, or stitches using the non-surgical blepharoplasty technique PLEXR. State-of-the-art equipment that operates using the fourth state of matter, plasma.

It causes sublimation of the cells, similar to how laser is used in myopia procedures or prostate gland ablation, but it is not a laser as we commonly know it. It is an absolutely safe treatment, as it does not cause bleeding or necrosis in the surrounding tissues. On the contrary, it promotes hydration, regeneration, and radiance in the area where it is applied.
It is indicated for individuals around the ages of 30–35 with moderate skin laxity. This area often appears disproportionately aged compared to the rest of the face. Under-eye bags are also a common occurrence, even at a relatively young age.
PLEXR non-surgical blepharoplasty helps prevent further aging of the eyelids, eliminates visible eye wrinkles (crow’s feet), and significantly delays the need for surgical blepharoplasty until a much later age. It is also indicated for the therapeutic treatment of eyelid conditions such as xanthelasma, small lumps, and warts.
How PLEXR non-surgical blepharoplasty works:
PLEXR is a portable microsurgical device. It operates using the fourth state of matter, plasma. It uses a small electric arc, similar to a tiny lightning bolt, to selectively increase the temperature in a specific area and vaporize skin tissue without affecting the deeper layers of the skin.
With PLEXR, the difficulties and risks associated with laser are avoided. In each session, skin laxity of the upper and/or lower eyelid is permanently reduced by about 1.5 mm. Crow’s feet wrinkles are also significantly reduced with complementary application to that specific area.
The PLEXR treatment involves one visit per month for 2–3 sessions. Each session lasts about 20 minutes for both eyes. The final result is achieved after 1–3 sessions, with approximately one-month intervals in between, depending on the severity of skin laxity in the area.
Return to daily activities is possible in about 4 days, in contrast to surgical blepharoplasty, which requires more than a week of recovery time.
The removal of xanthelasma, as well as small cysts and lumps, is performed in a single session.
The same treatment can be repeated after about 10 years, so that even eyelids prone to sagging can delay surgical blepharoplasty until after the age of 55.
Advantages of PLEXR non-surgical blepharoplasty:
The main advantages of modern blepharoplasty with PLEXR are:
There are no surgical incisions on the eyelids, and no stitches are required.
It is applied with a topical anesthetic cream, and no special medication is needed after the treatment. The procedure is completely painless, with any sensation comparable to a mosquito bite.
An absolutely safe treatment. The risk of complications is virtually eliminated, while also removing wrinkles around the eyes. The results are permanent and stable.
The treatment can be applied regardless of the patient’s age or the presence of other health issues, as long as a certified plastic surgeon determines that you are suitable for the procedure.
